Several teachers in the North Vancouver school district volunteered their time and effort to write this Grade 11 Social Studies course material. The original document was written using Microsoft Word™ and was many megabytes in size. We converted it to HTML and hand optimized it to be viewable on almost any browser including even the oldest systems still in use by the school. The resulting document (including the images) is barely the size of a single floppy diskette and is being referenced every day by educational institutions from around the world.
