Design4Effect also reserves the right to suspend without notification, any services provided for any users found to be, or suspected of, operating in breach of this agreement.

The user is responsible for the security of any passwords provided by Design4Effect and the consequences of any actions taken by persons discovering the password. Design4Effect should be notified immediately in cases where the integrity of the password may be compromised in order to issue a new password and have the compromised password disabled.

Any attempts to breach security on our servers will result in the refusal of connection by Design4Effect. Any server bombarding, or refusal of service attacks will be grounds for immediate termination of services including connection refusal. Any deliberate interference with the services for any other user will also result in disconnection and termination of services.

Design4Effect cannot and does not make any warranties or guarantees of any kind, express or implied, pertaining to the services provided by this web site including but not limited to uninterrupted service, service at any particular time, or error free communications.

Design4Effect shall not be liable for any consequential damages of any kind arising either directly, or indirectly from the use of the Design4Effect.com web site. All users of the services provided through this site agree to indemnify and hold harmless Design4Effect against all liabilities resulting from information provided through Design4Effect.com infringing on copyright or other personal property rights, loss or incomplete transmission or corruption of data, service interruptions, or system failures.

In no way, and under no circumstances shall the services of Design4Effect.com be used for any unlawful or illegal purposes. The administrators of Design4Effect.com will investigate and take appropriate actions for any complaints received pertaining to any users of our services which may include immediate termination of services and/or criminal prosecution.

Design work requires 50% down before starting and 50% upon completion. Hosting is paid in advance for the duration and amount as set by the hosting plan. Domain names are paid in advance for the duration chosen by the customer.

Payment may be made by Cash, Cheque, Money Order, or Credit Card. Late payment charges will be applied to all overdue accounts.

Contract programming, technical support, and other design and support services offered by Design4Effect.com will be on a job by job, or hourly basis as specified in the job quote.

Non-private concerns regarding this web site can be posted on the forum where other users may be expressing the same concerns or already have the answer.
